If he heads further south Grand Rapids was perfect a couple years ago,(undervalued) investors have caught on and moved in but there are tons of good deals still.

@Brian Burke I suspect deal flow in Sonoma county to be next to nothing... same time effort and money put into just being a RE broker would make far more money than wholesaling is my thought.Aaron  you may want to wonder south and east a little over towards Solano county much better odds there lots of military and monitories  and those tend to be the transient folks.  

I really like the Barrio Logan area and neighborhoods south of SD.

They are just south of Concord but will travel up to the Lakes Region and I can personally attest that Nicole Morse knows her stuff and goes the extra mile to see closings through.I'd be happy to help with the real estate agent front.
