Maybe you need some help finding an investment property to start BRRRing, multi family, or single family, you can’t start something if you never take the first step, start small, little bits of information lined up in the right order yield fantastic results.

Get the highest amount of cash out you can (typically 85% on conventional owner occupied single family).

Also, what would be a good amount to have in reserve for a 3 bed/2 bath single family home?  

2 - Could I build two duplexes and some sort of connecting structure like a single entryway and finance it as a 4plex?

My business partner lives in Tampa and has the ability to put eyes on potential properties, shake hands with potential partners, and meet face-to-face with potential investors.

While residential sales was a great experience I am interested in pivoting to investing (single family or small multi-family properties).

My goals consist of starting out with Single family (already have my first deal picked out, and in negotiations) then quickly moving into Multifamily and then growing it from there.I do my research and I'm always expanding my knowledge, I don't do anything with out full commitment and I'm looking for the same from a partner.I've always had a way of finding deals in my life (eBay, Amazon, Facebook, Craigslist, etc. ) and I'm more motivated than ever to find them since being introduced to real estate investing.
