@Tajinder Kandola I agree with @Mike Delprete.I'm not sure what a CGA must do to qualify, but in the U.S. it's four years of schooling plus a year of studying for the exam plus a year of experience. 

I did find a pretty decent deal in Lieben Park (across from Wando High School) last year that's turning a pretty nice profit as a rental.

If history is any guide I wouldn't hold my breath on it.  

Figuring that the majority of agents quit within the first 6 Months to a year because they don't earn enough income you are in the perfect spot of not needing alot of income since you are still in school.

Also I am currently in school for real estate and it's fairly cheap to take.

Then I pull the solds in the same school district (elem, middle, and HS) and check out the pics.

I typically plan to appeal for at least two years in an attempt to keep it "fair'.You should also expect the taxes to go up every year as Rockford has a history showing the inability to maintain a budget.

They were generally good tenants and were trying to be able to stay in the same school district for their high-school aged daughter and we worked with them.  

This is not the type of property you want to go to school on.
