Does anyone here have any experience challenging the tax assessment of your property in Delaware County?

Finding a quality Section 8 tenant may be very challenging, but not impossible.

I have taken a hard look at both becoming a Realtor and an Escrow officer but was not satisfied either would be the right fit.

Memphis has been tough for us so beware, if you do not already have a team with boots on the ground, what seems like a good deal may turn out very challenging.  

There are some challenges to using the schedules. 

Then you have to hire a lawyer and show your proof that you had an agreement and proof of payment.No owner is going to add you to the deed unless you have satisfied an agreeable amount of funds to transfer or add ownership.

;) Guess I will have my hands full...Its all fun , older houses present challenges , but nothing that cant be overcome . 

As beautiful as Denver and Boulder are, they present the same challenges for investors that the coastal markets in California do.
