Hay BP,

My wife and I are renting a mobile home with the option to buy. the problem we have is neither of our credit is that good. My question is, my mother-in law owns her home. If she puts my wife on the deed does it make her an owner as well? Is it possible if I ask the owner of the mobile home to put us on the deed if that gives us ownership to go to a bank and take out a loan for the property. Any help and knowledge of this would be appreciated.
