Most are wonderful people, however, they are processing thousands of payments per day.

I priced the home at 338,900 which is lower than the current comps by a few thousand.

I have a few family members that are willing to lend me a few hundred thousand dollars (for about 10% ROI).

That is not hundreds of people globally, but over 10k people, thousands per each facility. 

I've just been burned too many times by them saying " It'll be about two thousand ." then giving me a bill for $5000 without any problems along the way .

I've looked at the numbers thousand times and it looks like an incredible deal, so I figured I would post it here to see if anyone thinks I'm missing something.These are just numbers shown by the wholesaler -- He says all comps and estimates have been vetted with their contractors and realtors, but I have not physically looked at the property or verified these numbers for myself. 

And we rented one of the Turkish boats with a capitan and crew .. that's a great way to see the area for 3 to 5 days.. water gin clear.. you can see Roman ruins below the water line.. ( sunk in earthquakes)  We like Turkey a lot. 

The way I look at it using a commercial retail attorney is spending thousands in legal lease fees to protect hundreds of thousands to millions in income over years and years is well worth it. 

Louis has thousands of them.
