Crooked Window: Is this a nightmare or an opportunity?

We have a property under contract and discovered 'settling' of one corner. Foundation repairs were completed in 2013 and I have booked a structural engineer to assess.  I asked for a report to determine if the repair is sound or is it still moving? Here are photos:

Is this a nightmare to repair?  Experienced re-habbers please reply.
