You don't have wholesalers grabbing 1.5 mil dollar fixers in Barron Park and assigning the contracts for 5k ....The only reason I say Barron Park is because I lived there for 8 years :)There is such a surplus of old fixers throughout the mid west and east coast that I look at this lower end RE business more like the used car bizz...

It needs a little TLC, three units are being renovated now, the tenants biggest complaint is the parking lot.

I'm in the wicker park area.

I like the Pasadena , arnold and Severna Park areas due to their good schools .

You may want to check out some of the parks and/or homes on land in the area to see if you can meet folks who are doing this there.

The house in question is about 6 min walking distance from Turner Field at the same time a short drive from Grant Park proper.I want to get market insights from fellow investors in Atlanta and get their point-of-view on what they are seeing around Peoplestown/Turner Field area and their thoughts about investing close in the area.I recently read an article in AJC about GSU plans to develop Parking lots and the redevelop the entire area.
