I flew in for the weekend to start scoping out potential deals today. Particularly for an owner occupied. Needless to say it was a total bust today because all the properties I was interested in went under agreement today. Unfortunately I can't act on these properties because I haven't moved to the area yet... Anyways I was free tonight and was wondering if there were any local investors interested in networking over some beers. First rounds in me!
