Know who ALL the players are before getting involved.

The players I have encountered are severely lacking in the experience and knowledge I would like.

Many of the most active players in this market rely on his connections and expertise, myself included.

Get creative and keep bouncing things off the players until something sticks and you make some money.

Not to mention, with quantitative easing & the fed lowering interest rates, they're trillions of negative-yielding bonds worldwide as a result.

@Suzanne Player  if you don't use light colors and marble I have had a problem with just initial and turnover seals on granite. 

But even now I can combine these folks and quite a number of “B-level” players in a number of ways depending on what the deal requires.

Most high end buildings are being built by the big players who are either the low risk borrows or use cash off their balance sheets to finance their deals.

Many big players have attorneys on staff, on retainer, or both.What you're attempting to do is to transfer the risk of legal time for filing, law and motion, discovery, negotiation, appearances, any court sanctions, etc. on to the legal firm.
