You can have all the knowledge in the world, all the contacts and references, but if I can't access you when I need you it doesn't matter.

(I’m not saying this isn’t an issue because it looks like it could be) But for example a crack in a concrete slab that’s 60-70 years old isn’t necessarily a big deal.Same goes for minor plaster cracks and so on.

I am getting frustrated here with places asking +900 for 'old charm' old building bulls*t...these days they dont even update the kitchen when they ask +700..wth.

The real issue I think is that many of the old factory jobs shifted to retail and people, while they need housing, could not pay a high enough rent to get new construction multi-family to cash flow.
