When "buying" on lease optionIf you are assigning a lease option, make sure it is A B areas with good schools and low maintenance, Not C D areas (war zones).

I was expecting to see a war-zone property with broken staircases.

For 400k you could get 10 houses in the midwest rented at 7.5k a month, not in the war zone......  

Too many people talking about how fast the deals get grabbed up, how hard it is to find a 1% buy and hold property, much less a 2% that is not in a war zone.
