In my "normal" job I am responsible for running a specialty contracting company and in running that company I'm a numbers guy, sometimes to a fault.

In April we got some health care workers and our revenue picked back up to about normal for the time of year.We only have two bookings on the calendar for the next 6 months.

This will be a great period of time for aggressive investors and agents to grow their online presence while many others retreat from normal business development activities.For those of you whose incomes have been &/or will be impacted, what are you doing to mitigate the impact of current events on your personal and business finances? 

Does this seem normal?

I don't think things will be 'back to normal' for a good while (and then it might be 'a new normal').

I am in between tenants and am even considering leaving the house vacant.To collect overdue rent, I believe in normal times you would serve them the appropriate form, and then file for eviction after 14 days.

One says this will pass quickly and we will be back to normal in the next couple months. 

Normally that requires putting a lot of work in to it.

With just our normal tourist load getting injured (biking, keeping, climbing) the hospital can barely keep up....add corona, it would be impossible.
