Wondering if it’s a bad time to do a brrr? Will the appraisal not be there in a few months? Will the lenders not be there to refi?

flips? Will buyers not want to buy?

If you can get brrr funding and the numbers make sense go for it. Also realize tradesmen are working for less at the moment (in my experience and market anyways) - I'm currently having work done on my house in Los Angeles and have gotten some really good quotes (it's funny how I rehab my own rentals mostly on my own but don't feel like rehabbing my own house and pay to have that work done).

It also depends on your market and the inventory in said market. Supply and demand. Dissect Redfin, Zillow, and other sites that have data.
