I'm a complete newbie about notes so take my info with a grain of salt......but I just started researching this option with Jay Hinrich's company......This is my understanding after that conversation....... the notes they service typically start around 35k, and are on LTV properties around 50-70%, in multiple areas around the country with multiple property companies.

My tenant (tenant 2) in another unit just contacted me stating the tenants responsible for shoveling damaged her car while shoveling the driveway (tenant 1 apparently used the car as leverage to pick up the snow and scratched the other tenant's car in multiple places all down one side of the vehicle).

You can’t abuse the service, such as calling multiple times regarding the same subject, but for your question it would be super beneficial and probably save you at least $200.

The main thing with real estate investment, from my limited perspective, would be to find the niche that best suits your investment style and personality and learn everything about that niche and do it as well as possible while continuing to learn and grow both your business and career.

My husband and I live in Southern California and work in multiple remote markets.

From a contractor perspective, it's really not a big deal to remove a fireplace, from what I have seen.

Since then, I have been doing a ton of reading, watching videos/how-to's/webinars, listening to multiple pod-casts and have practiced analyzing a few deals.
