My name is gus and I am looking to get started in real estate in San Antonio Texas. I'm hoping to acquire as much advice and knowledge to make a career out of this. I am currently shopping for a house but as I have I've become interested in a career. I would like to know if anyone has advice on what would be a good first move. I've been offered a fha loan but want to be able to rent out the property rather quickly. I've researched different possibilities but am not quite sure what would be more beneficial. Up till now most agents have not been as willing to give any advice when I ask as they want to sell me a house more than help me with a career. any advice would be appreciated.
