(Caveat is I spent 3-4 months learning RE in my area and developing relationships with buyers to know what they are looking for- then I bust my A to find good deals. for the first 2/5 months, I also had a full time career so I wasn't pressured to make stuff happen that wasn't a good deal).

The gas itself must have ignited somehow, as the pressure of the gas once it is released is very minimal, and the structure would have all windows/doors open equalizing pressure throughout.

This achieves 2 things, #1 It puts pressure on your realtor to find you good deals because if they miss them someone else might not. #2 It also allows you to have a go to person when you have a real estate need.I have alot of buyers that work this way.
