Alot of people would say otherwise, but dont waste money on college if you dont think its for you.

So all that money spent on their education went to waste.

I’ve always heard to do floors last in a flip because when you do them first, you risk damaging them and wasting the money you just put into it.

This property is located outside city limits (so in the county) very minimal zoning and restrictions (if any).

If you are not a slumlord and run an ethical business then that is an extremely minimal risk.1 LLC for each lane of business you are in.
