Floors last for a live in flip?
I’ve always heard to do floors last in a flip because when you do them first, you risk damaging them and wasting the money you just put into it.
However, when doing a live in flip for a property that desperately needs the carpets torn out, should you do the floors first? Or suck it up living there, do the full renovation and then floors last?
Thanks.
