I think this helps a lot in screening as our internet-based process self-selects for folks who can perform these tasks ahead of time .  

The contractors' workers can't keep the doors closed while they are they because they are constantly carrying materials in and out and their English skills aren't good enough to be able to ask these people to leave.

The notice must include all material terms of the transaction, including the sales price and the amount of any commission.

Is it a real person with an internet presence?  

What the guy is doing is getting you to pay for the materials.

Not to say cars and houses are not motivations, they sure are, and everyone has material motivations, but they are not the main driving force.

Listen to the pod casts and review all of the materials that are available from the tool bar.

Don't forget capital investments, insurance, taxes, business licenses, accounting, legal fees, turnover materials, vacancies etc.I would take any marketing material with a grain of salt and do your own thorough research.
