However, the fact of the matter is that 50 states plus D.C. or around 19K cities is a lot to choose from, so I'm just trying to have some general criteria to narrow things down by 😅 There are pros and cons to every area and for every person and strategy. 

I put my house for sale a month ago (late October) and there was no showings so far, the house fairly priced and it is in a great condition inside and outside. with a good neighborhood (2010 when it was established).
