Private money and equity lines of credit

Currently have a deal that just went into escrow. Looking to bring private money investor in, im looking for 65-75 k to cover the down payment and fees for the hard money lender I have I typically buy 5-7 deals for flipping a year. Looking to establish more relationships. To buy more. Also any recommendations on whoms the best to go to for lines of credit
