Hello,I have a single family residential rental property in Inglewood that is about a block from the new SOFI stadium.

I have intention to "house hack" a 2-4 unit property, which we will then hold as a rental property. 

But if there are SFHs that are absolutely great deals, I think a SFH would be a great start for you to learn how to manage a property.

Or buying a property in a seller's market, and then buying another one a few years later in a buyer's market.

It seems in order of increasing profitability:LTR < MTR < STRGiven that I'm based in the Denver metro area, unless I'm occupying the property as my primary residence, STR is out the question, as Denver has cracked down on the short tern rental laws.
