I only have had 1 interaction with Watts, but it was nothing to speak of.

Seems he has had interaction with a few wholesalers and at this point he should realize the property is not in tip top condition and he is not going to make top dollar.

NOw this is major markets. but the risk are real... for me I did not quite have as much lawyer interaction as Brian and that could be because my main years were 2000 to 2006 were the sales were pretty cut and dry..

I am also looking forward to meeting some local investors and interacting with the pros here.
