Watts Realty/Property Management -- Reviews?

Hello,

I am an OOS investor researching different Property managers and came across Watts Realty. They seem like a well-established company (since 1906) that has a large portfolio in Birmingham. Does anyone have experience in dealing with them -- good or bad? PM's are also welcomed if you would rather not post publicly.

I realize how dated OP's question is, but thought I'd share my experience with Watts... I used their firm to manage a home I owned & rented out in Moody 7-8 years ago. They managed the property for a total of 2 years - I initially had an awful experience with the original property manager that handled my account, but I've been told that person is no longer employed with Watts. David Watts took over my account once the original agent failed, and he was EXCELLENT & a pleasure to work with - David is very professional & detail oriented & I would recommend him to anyone.
