Newbie from Maricopa County, Arizona
Hi BP Community!
My names Jared Vidales, 25 years old, currently living in Scottsdale Arizona. Im a Project Engineer for large commercial HVAC equipment for Johnson Controls.
Currently, I have no background in RE. I've come to BP in hopes of expanding my knowledge in the house flipping sector, network, find a mentor in that space, and eventually build a self sustaining business. I've started by purchasing J. Scott's book on flipping and estimating.
I'm posting in this threads in hopes of finding an experienced professional in the house flipping space within Maricopa county who can help walk me through my first one for a potential cut in the profits.
I'm looking for subcontractors in the area who have experience with rahabs, are cost effective, and execute according to schedule.
I'm also looking for a buyers agent who regularly works for investors. I'm currently approved for an FHA loan @ 250k
Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you're in the area, and like helping young investors, please dont hesitate to reach out!
My email is: [email protected]
