What are some factors to consider when inheriting a house from deceased parents?

There are actually many factors the would be looked at to determine the payoff on such a note but you should be able to get much more than the 1.5 previously discussed if you do things right.

This will not only give you an idea of what houses are selling for over there, but also an idea of what they are NOT selling for.Slow is not a factor for me, as this is the house I want for me, not for resale.

In my own limited contractor experience, I always figured my time and materials as accurately as possible and then factored a 10% profit margin on top of that.I would think that any software would have to somehow be locally calibrated, because material and labor cost can vary dramatically from region to region.

I know its not the ideal situation, but we don't know how else to get started.

(Assuming I have already factored in all the expenses for my end buyer and have determined it's a deal?

I use to crunch the expenses individually on each property, and then I had a base profit that I would factor in.
