I am an out-of-state owner with a property (3/2 SFH) in University Park.

It has great access to Utah Valley University which rumor is the University is planning on building a satalite building in Vineyard in the next few years. 

I'm currently looking for 20-50 units in West Philadelphia, Mayfair, or , Fishtown/Kensington, University City or Abington PA. $4Mil+ Budget Value-Add Properties..Nothing Completely Vacant

Working generally north...1)  Start in Highland Park and University Park that is old money and people that want to be old money.2)  Preston Hollow more often than not is new money but older people. 

My understanding is that Rich Dad/Poor Dad is a moneymaking venture for Kiyosaki in selling his real estate training courses . . . similar to Trump University.

As for Philadelphia, Most of my properties are Multi Families in the city, located in an area called University City.

Such as University house for example in London or Kingston for example.. 

They partially caused the whole mortgage crisis and global financial crisis back in 2007... 

On 5-6 O'clock which is the bottom of the slump you can also pick up some good bargains at near rock bottom prices from distress sellers.We are do for another global financial crises and according to international "Experts" it should be in the next 1-3 years. probably starting in Europe or the US, unless a wore start or something like that.Is that satisfactory answer for you @Timothy H.
