Investor from Toronto

Hi all,

I'm a 24 year old investor who is looking to buy one or more condo's in the downtown area as an investment.

I am open to house hacking as a first time investor and would love to connect with others from the Toronto area and hear about the financial viability of hacking in this market.

Looking forward to further exchanges!

It is fine to use as a method of making down town living more affordable but as a stand alone rental property a condo will not be a good choice. HOA Fees and special assessment are beyond your control and will generally kill cash flow.

They are priced too high/rents too low to make for good income investment properties.
