I've been using Elance for years and I've been able to find a web master and a VA on the site who I still work with on a regular basis (overall, I've probably used Elance for 15+ projects)...the site makes it very easy to track time, hire, view proposals, and pay your contractors.

[EDIT: DELETED OTHER STUFF...DON'T FEEL LIKE ARGUING] Assuming the change wasn't made after the contract was signed, the seller isn't required to disclose the fact there are no external water lines or hose bibs.

This place is absolutely one of my favorite sites on the web as so much of what I know has come from this site.

For those who have trouble running formulae and equations through a calculator or spreadsheet, you can do a google search for mortgage calculator web pages that will do this sort of thing for you.
