Get a feel for traffic and areas before you buy. 

Feel free to list the property details (as-is value, PDTI, credit score approximation, city) and I'll give you an idea if the parameters look realistic relative to our standards!

But back to your point I can totally understand why some people feel like they'd be encroached on under these circumstances.

I try and look for property's with the same characteristics as my subject home by trying to look for property's with the same bedroom and bathroom count but I feel like it's hard to find good comps or enough comps to actually get a good evaluation If anyone does anything different I would love to hear your feed back.
