Those offer private "offices", or cubicles to work from and some personal support from business consultants and experienced startup teams focused on raising money.Personally, I like the idea of charging a flat membership fee monthly, allowing some free use of the space, and charging for more advanced services like catering, private conference rooms, consulting, tax and accounting etc.

Nowadays new agents in the office often have several sales or more their first 6 months with the classes helping propel their careers right away (or working under an experienced agent on a team to have a list of clients or leads right away). 3) Ask for help - don't be shy!

These are just a few ways you could get started in hand on real estate investing and there are many more options.If you are looking to be more "hands off" Im sure there are experienced real estate investors in your area looking for capital.

But I brought in an experienced Commercial RE broker to write up the contract for me. 

While I am getting the income I have experienced very little, if any appreciation.Unless I plan to flip the property I buy on income potential.

I have seen many people who thought they knew all the rules do something that was prohibited.I always suggest, if going that route, you have an experienced ERISA attorney set up the operating agreement and have them available for consultation for any transactions.Jaime
