If it's allowed more tenants is better but balance that with the costs of build...added HVAC, electrical, eggress etc.

Electricity, chemicals, scaffolding, spinning blades, etc. 

Check under sinks for any water leaks, change filters, check smoke detector batteries, check for bug problems/pest controk, and perform any preventative maintenance 

Garage light, it is what it is but keep it on your list next time you have an electrical person in. 

I do not buy the electrics.

Which means heat, running water and electricity.

I have rejected 2 applicants who screened well on paper but when we did the in-home visit found hoarder levels of junk, bugs, animal feces, holes in walls, unreported pit bulls, etc. 

It may waste a little electricity, but that is small compared to fighting a mold problem.

Electric baseboard heat is an option that I would like to avoid because I'm in Ohio and worried resident's electric bill will be sky high d/t cold winters and poorly insulated attic/3rd floor unit.
