In my day job, I am a corporate and securities lawyer and I frequently help real estate developers structure the legal entities they utilize for the investments and also comply with federal and state securities laws in connection with bringing on investors.  

I failed countless times trying to find a deal.I went at this full time when I turned 22 this year after gaining a lot more education and finishing college.

I am definitely trying to learn the process to avoid a hugely expensive education due to poor due diligence.

2) My second question: I have specific targeted areas in also in the Atlanta, GA which I frequent, but I've been having a little trouble getting a listing of properties in Pre-Forclosure or Forclosures, possible in prep., for Tax Sale. 

One thing that made me feel as though I was on the right track in my education as many of the terms and concepts he mentioned were completely familiar to me. 

She said, she thought that it would be nice to have a license because she's dealing with real estate and at that time, she was thinking that she would look more reliable since she has a license and the education, but she said -she then realized that if let's say she bought a home for a wholesale price (w/c means it was about 20% below market value).

I started with a big company where the the education and training was top notch.
