Use an opportunity to discuss REI with an investor wisely
I have an opportunity to discuss REI with successful business man, who is also an acquaintance through mutual friendships.
I had been hesitant to reach out in the past, as I felt as though I might be bothering him but recently I changed my tune and decided to "ping him". He responded and seemed more than welcome to talk and help in any way he could.
He's very busy, so once I am able to engage with him I want to use the time wisely. He owns properties and has had success. Therefore, I am eager to learn how he got started, what avenues he chose and why, resources he could provide, and any general advice.
I'm interested in how others have used opportunities such as these as a leaning experience? Would you approach it differently than what I've outlined above.
Thanks!
