The ones i used missed too many important stuff.

He does handyman stuff turning units such as replace flooring and etc. at $12/hr just part-time.

It is unbelievable how much stuff tenants dispose of.

Stuff will come up that you won't think of, and it's a lot easier to do research and make decisions one issue at at time vs. dozens or hundreds.Now there are some (ahem, Grant Cardone) who say "go big or go home" and insist your first deal must be a $5 million apartment complex.  

I think in the short term (within 60 days) we are likely to see an S&P level of 1900, and I think we will see a bottom of around 1500.However, I also believe you cant time, or even predict this stuff even though I just made a prediction. 

They are charging me for stuff that I shouldnt  be charged.
