They won't be charging or have alternative purposes, like selling you something.

Alternatively just have the investor cloud title using the standard process and pay them for use of their money.

In my book, if ordinary people had the foresight to buy an alternative investment and earn 20% or 30% returns, and then get out, that counts as a success.

I have already spent countless hours on the forums/blogs and have come across an amazing amount of helpful & valuable information.

I could work my normal job (low paying hourly job) and come up with a bit of cash by next year, or alternatively I could find a new job or side job.

Or is there an alternate way?
