Diana, I keep hearing how important storage is going to be as oil certainly goes to $100. also most parks I have looked at insist they need more cabins and can't keep up w/ demand for them, perhaps another factor affected by higher gas prices.

Same with the old oil and gas heating systems.

I am in the NY/NJ area so not sure what is going on in Texas other than what I read but it sounds positive near oil areas.

(shale oil drilling) I might look for next Greeley, CO or locations that are proposing new industry that can impact housing demand in positive ways.
