That was a big change from their prior practices. 4) They used to pay when they got paid, but also changed that to paying host at start of the stay. 5) They have not been good about following the host’s cancellation policies. 6) We got little or no support when we had guest issues, like 31 people in a cabin for 12. 7) They are still prone to the vagaries of the actual listing sites.

I would send an email to the state Atty generals consumer affairs officestating in the email you are CCing the title company, selling agent, listing agent and your mortgage company I would do the same with every local radio and TV station as well as all of the big networks.
