Kenny, it depends on how the three owned it: was it owned jointly with rights of survivorship or jointly but with no rights of survivorship?

Oddly enough I see landlords on here constantly asking if they should pick a questionable “ red flag” applicant all the time .

To me, it doesn't matter what dog breed they're breeding...if the dogs are constantly barking and being a nuisance, nobody is going to want to live next to that.
