It ended up requiring ripping out the counter, cabinets, and cutting out part of the subfloor, and then running drying fans for about 3-4 days straight.

I'm looking for a general contractor in Spokane to handle some cosmetic work (carpets, paint, cabinets, windows).

And she removed everything off the counter top (coffee pot, spice rack, etc) and put them in random cabinets (???). 

One thing i worry about is that in my tenants kitchen is a brick facade. it seems like there's a mini crawl space behind the facade and the actual sheet rock.the cabinets and sink and everything else is in front of the facade. 

When a potential buyer is scrolling the MLS or Zillow, all they are seeing is grey walls and white shaker cabinets and grey washed LVP floors.  

He also knew for sure I redid my kitchen and wanrnwd me not to do that again as he could have made me take down the cabinets and open walls to check the electrical I ran.

But they will eventually damage your cabinets, blinds, rugs, etc.

By damage I mean not only scratched floors, but dogs have been known to rip out sheetrock, chew on cabinets or carpet.- Is your yard fenced?

We hired an inspector once who took a lot of beautiful pictures of missing cabinet knobs and so forth, but didn't mention that the center plate and joist ends were rotted out and the floor dropped 2" toward the middle, which I noticed the minute I opened the front door.
