Always remember that even if it doesn't CF as much, you're still paying down the loan quicker / building equity faster, so it's not like you're losing any money by choosing that product.I have a few different commercial loans and very happy with them overall.

You are looking at about 6% in agent commissions but it could be worth it as the property will sell faster and probably for a higher price.If you do go with an agent I recommend using @Aaron Anderson in that area.

My plan as also a tenant will be putting money into the principal bi-weekly to get it down more to cut the interest and also build equity faster.
