If you had online pay would they move faster?

For me, was cheaper & faster to do it online than in a class.

If becoming an agent gets you there faster, fine.

I won't be paying any less each month on my expenses, but i will be reducing the principle on what i owe much faster. 

But it would take about 10 years and it sounds like you're looking for something faster than that.

My plan as also a tenant will be putting money into the principal bi-weekly to get it down more to cut the interest and also build equity faster.
