That being said it's a blast and I wouldn't give this lifestyle and "job" up for the world.  

So while the 401k might be a stretch today and a burden on your day to day lifestyle and your other investment choices, it wont be soon.

Find what works best for your lifestyle and pursue every word of information you can find on that topic and in no time you will start putting successful deal after deal into your ever growing portfolio!

IMO, Breckenridge has it all of you want access to a vast trail system (all seasons/sports), recreation paths, events, and a walkable/bikeable lifestyle downtown.
