Hello BP! I am just starting my RE journey. Started listening to BP podcasts and Real Estate InvestHER as well as finishing up a RE Investment course @ Harvard Extension. Interested in purchasing a Single Family for either STR if it's on the Cape or LTR in Worcester Ma or Nashua/Manchester NH. Anyone in those markets have advice for me? And thanks!
