This will definitely be my last...The hotel is currently getting rebranded and unit owners have the option to upgrade our rooms using the hotels "discounted and preferred" contractors for the "low price" of ~160k (again, the unit cost me 400k and is currently valued at ~340k).

I am concerned with rent control as well....The lease is for one yearI know from basement tenant that they signed lease with the sister (but the lease has previous owner's name)if it is fraud - it will be her word against minebasement tenant are probably here illegally and I doubt they would testify

IMO a good retail listing person is going to say F-that, I don't waste my time trying to make buyers lists, I have lists of finance brokers, r.e. brokers and other gate keepers who spend there time doing all these buyer lists and I know how to present and pitch to them to get action from them pressing for all there buyers to act.
