The syndicator having those types of syndications over and over tend to have WIN-WIN's for aligned interests.The syndicator doesn't want to have all the WORK and LITTLE upside on the back end.

It used to be, before our country change to socialism, that as long as we applied the same rules to every applicant and documented every applicant's application we could still get sued, but had a better chance of winning in a court.It is super easy today to document every phone call, text message, applications and pictures so we have a better chance of winning in court.

The big wins:1) Going from C class towns with C class buildings to a B class town.

It is competitive and inventory is low but you only win when you play - and you lose when you don't or get caught up in bidding wars.Find the right market and opportunity  - and go.
