I got this very nice lady that wants to rent with me.

We inherited 2 older ladies in a large SFR (been there 14 years) so we upgraded the unsafe decrepit appliances, (with some scratch & dent we had bought), but they NOW own them so any issues are their responsibility.

It must be a lady thing.

One old lady can probably push it to 5 years but a family of 5 or so would need a more frequent cleaning.

You're two grown men and this is an old lady.  

Still own it to this day, took 14 years, lots of sweat equity, psycho cat-lady neighbor calling town repeatedly for no reason causing problems, random roommates off craigslist (separate story lol) BUT it cashflows today to the tune of almost $2,000 a month.

I did just discover the chunk of land behind the property is owned by a lady who nearly lost it in foreclosure in recent years.

Could very well be an old lady who wants to keep the neighborhood uncluttered.

One day while shopping there recently somebody was at the range practicing, and I commented about it to the young lady store employee in the produce dept (which was the part of the store closest to the range).
