Are there any asset based lenders that can take something like this down given it has solid cash flow? 

If you are looking for something in the 100-200k range (based on the capital you have for a 20% down payment), places like Ohio or other places in the midwest are great opportunities.

I'm based out of columbus ohio but I'll be down there for a month and considering moving our entire operation down there because of the economics of the state. same reason you are visiting. what size deals are you looking at?

Never re-glazed tiled walls before but based on the cost of the tub and surround I would imagine it would be about the same so your prices are probably spot on.

However, in some counties, they may reassess based on the LLC's sale price.

But I wouldn’t recommend them based off our phone call.
