@Davd so BREIA hosts their meetings the first Wednesday of the the month at 6900 West State Road 84 David,FL starting at 5:30pm and MDREIA hosts theirs on the First Thursday of every month at 5800 Blue Lagoon Dr,, FL and it starts at 6:30pm I believe.

It seem like there is no auction if they set the minimum bid is a few hundred dollars below Kelly Blue Book.

In many cases when shopping class C/B there is a fine line in distinguishing between a flat out bad deal and early gentrification.I look at ABCD resident classes and describe them by the shirts they wear:A Class: White collar professionals just one step away from home ownership, demand for high amenitiesB Class: Blue collar hard working American Families, proud of their home, keep it clean, may rent for long time before buyingC Class: T-Shirts with Subsidies and Section 8 residents can be profitable but usually require higher maintenance and tenant "da-rah-mah"D Class: NO SHIRTS drinking 40's out of paper bags on the front stoop, get fitted for kevlar or RUN!!!! 

My thought was that would be a great starting point for a rental amount I could expect from a policeman/teacher/blue-collar trending upward kind of tenant. 

As for the credit card, I just started using the AMEX Blue card which is 2% back on everything.

I live and operate as an agent for investors in North Georgia (Blue Ridge) and am seeing it get more and more competitive here because of how desirable it is.

Another factor that is expected to drive growth in Charlotte going forward is the extension of the LYNX Blue Line light-rail.

Just like on the NW side everything along the blue line is $$$, same is and will be true about the green and red lines.

C has underperforming schools, but relatively safe neighborhoods, as long as you aren't a gangster yourself (eg, there is crime and shootings but its 'business' and more nuisance to the citizens than actual threat) .. blue collar, etc.
