Best Cash Back Credit Card for RE Investors

I house hack and have two multifamily properties out of state. I'm on track to buying two more by the third/fourth quarter of this year.

Although I don't have a lot of expenses, I want to get more organized as I expand. The idea is to have a separate credit card for those expenses.

What cards are you using/recommending and why?

Thanks all!
